Treated me fairly, honestly and promptly with a steering problem on my Venza. Very pleased.

No one trusts a car salesman, and usually the stereotype fits. But no one really made us feel that way at Steven. We knew we had car trouble when we got to the top of a mountain and I called a repair place and decided on Steven bc a friend recommended going to a Toyota dealer. Cody was bending over backwards to try to get us in last minute bc we were out of town. Turns out we were in worse shape than we thought and wound up getting stuck on the side of previously mentioned mountain within 10 yards of a parking lot, but the transmission had gone out and it wasn't going anywhere. USAA got it towed to Steven for us where it just couldn't be fixed without replacing the transmission. We needed a new van and turned out that they had one in our price range. They were very patient with us...again ...who trusts a car salesman, and agreed to let our mechanic look at a vehicle. We are now driving a very safe, clean, beautiful Honda Odyssey, and we were very grateful to Cody, Blaire (sp?), Francisco, and Mike! Thanks, y'all!

Of the maintenance department, I highly praise Service Advisor Nicholas Greco who seems to redefine customer service for anyone seeking assistance. He goes beyond the standard for customer service, and makes it obvious that Steven Toyota highly values its customers. No one is "just another customer" at Stevens Toyota.

I must say, I’ve been purchasing cars from Steven toyota for years now. Today was a different experience than usual. I had Dima as my sales rep. He went above & beyond for me. He wasn’t just trying to sell a car to me. He genuinely cared that I got what I wanted. It took over 5hrs due to my indecisiveness but Dima demonstrated great patience with me. Went to look at a couple of vehicles and Carlos was the first to greet us! We learned later they don’t accept third party checks… (my car was totaled and we had a Progressive check) but Carlos followed us all the way to Lexington from the Car shop! My husband and I had the best experience.

Marcus was amazing to work with. He took his time and really listened to what I wanted as far as payment. He never made me feel Pressured to purchase and explained everything really well.
