I purchased my first Toyota from Marcus Johnson. Marcus is knowledgeable, honest and family friendly. I have purchased two additional vehicles from Marcus and one for my son. This was a wonderful experience and easy process. We will be purchasing all of our family vehicles from Marcus. Marcus is easy to work with and definitely an asset to Steven Toyota.

I’ve come here three times now, and they are always really nice! The waiting room is a comfortable atmosphere. After realizing service would take longer than expected, they offered to get me a shuttle back to my house. They also gave me a free rental one time because my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. They give you estimates and visuals on a website that is very easy to understand. Sometimes they’ll even give you a coin for a free car wash!

I really love the service department folks at Steven Toyota, especially Brooke!. They take customer service very seriously and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone and everyone!!

Steven Toyota is fantastic because they are able to pick up your vehicle from your place of work within a certain mile radius. They picked up our vehicle this morning and upon calling this afternoon to see the status they weren’t sure they were going to be able to finish it today. Malachi, spoke with the loaner/rental office to see what our options were, and then went back to the service department to express the need to have it done today. He told me he would stay after hours to keep me up-to-date. He was incredibly kind, apologetic, and invested. They ended up being able to deliver the vehicle back to our place of work in the timeframe stated. Great service and great customer service.

I was traveling and the ck engine light came on. I made it to harrisonburg and called Steven toyota . When I explained my situation they told me to bring it in. They kept me updated while they tried to diagnos and then ordered parts. I was provided shuttle service both when I dropped ot off and when the repair was complete.
