I took my car for state inspection. It passed, but they found two things that needed attention. They let me know and they're covered by my warranty, luckily. Good service and good communication. Much appreciated.

I think he is a very good gentleman, a bit comical and welcoming. But I must admit that my experience of the last 3 days is really regrettable. The board on my screen reports a breakdown, I call the dealer, they promise to get back to me to tell me what to do but alas, until I decide to drive at my own risk to arrive, once I arrive I wait for someone to find a solution so that I can go to work the next day but I am left behind, I repair it and the next day I rent UBER to go and come back, the following day I tell myself that this time I will have a solution but unfortunately the same treatment, I come to park the car for the breakdown and I rent an UBER to go back and the next day I make the same rental to go to my work and come back; Seriously I was very disturbed and yet I chose the Toyota dealership not a dealer in town to avoid all this disarray but too bad.

Awesome experience with Nick Greco and the service department at Steven Toyota. I brought my FJ for service because I had several lights that suddenly appeared on my dashboard, so I wanted to bring it to a dealer who specializes in Toyotas. My husband had recently had a terrible experience with our local Staunton Toyota dealer when he bought a brand new car, so I was definitely not interested in taking my car there. I am so glad that we rode North about 20 minutes or so to Steven in Harrisonburg! Awesome communication, great skill in figuring out what was happening, right on time, suggested a couple services that my car really did need, and gave me an updated inspection as well. They sent me an inspection video when they looked the vehicle over, and it was comprehensive and so helpful! I felt like they really were invested in doing an awesome job across the board, and my husband and I can't say enough about the service and Nick. Really great. Wish we had brought the checkbook to Steven when we got the new Prius locally, but at least we can let others know the value of taking the trek to Harrisonburg if you are shopping for a Toyota. If you are in Staunton, hop up 11 and take a pretty drive for exceptional service at Steven. Definitely worth it, and you will be happy you did!

Great service and friendly team to work with. Hoger knew info we needed in purchase of new hybrid car. He provided "hands on" instructions and did not rush our decision. Plus he did it with a smile. Brian provided more than one purchasing option. These options allowed for stress free purchase. Steven Toyota team work very well together. Professional teamwork with stress free purchase. We have never purchased a car with such ease. We drove a few miles to Steven Toyota location and it was well worth the drive. We will look here first for any future purchases.
