I'm sure it's hard to diagnose problems with these high-tech cars. I have owned 4 Kias since 2004, because I love them & have faith in their reliability. However, my newest Kia is still under warranty and hundreds of miles into our first "road trip" vacation since 2006, Kia Connects alerted us to a problem. "The battery is failing to charge," then the check engine light came on, and our AC isn't working efficiently. After spending all afternoon in a Kia dealership in another state, they told us there was a loose wire & sent us happily on our way. Twenty miles down the road the check engine light came on again & the AC periodically blows warm air (when it's 95 degrees outside!) Since I didn't hear from Kia Connects again, I decided I couldn't ruin our first trip in years by worrying. Instead, we enjoyed our vacation and made an appointment with Steven Toyota/Kia as soon as we returned. After checking the car out & getting the check engine light to go off, they said the AC was working as it should. Having faith in them, we drove back home (over an hour one way). The next day we woke up to a dead battery, the check engine light was back on, & the AC is still not reliable, but better. We're headed back to the dealership again on Friday... What in the world?

I had a great experience the other day at Steven Toyota. I moved here by myself at 21 this year and don’t know much about the area, much less how to buy a car. But I was completely taken care of by Marcus. He made sure I felt comfortable and made sure I got what I needed! The staff was great and I’d recommend Steven Toyota to anyone truly!

John @ Steven Toyota Harrisonburg Virginia was great to my wife and me when we bought a 2013 Prius. He is thoughtful and warm and made the process very easy. The only not so great experience was waiting an hour and a half to see the finance manager to complete the transaction. Something about a new DMV program. Anyway all’s well that ends well. Fantastic service experience, was passing through from out of town and got a flat tire on 81... I called over to them and they told me to come right over and they would squeeze me in... very friendly and helpful would definitely return.

Came in for a warrenty recall but before we got there another issue showed up. Service dept was able to work us in around there their busy time to help us as we had come from out of town. They were very pleasant and helpful and took me in the shop to show me the problem.

Had two recalls and one minor issue. Always a pleasure doing business here. Emily is great and I wish I remembered his name, but the gentleman that gave me a ride (was told not the normal driver) was so nice! Also love getting car back nice and clean on outside.

Thank you Creg and Steven Toyota for coming to my rescue. My car battery died in my garage. Now that’s a dilemma for someone who lives alone. Lots of places want to sell you a battery but they won’t come to your home to install. I’ve always been impressed with the service I get at Steven Toyota, so I called them. The battery I needed was in stock. Greg came to my home within an hour to install. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

The Service Managers are very friendly and professional. The communication between the tech and me was great. Take note: Have the tech wipe down the grill of the vehicle and door knob of grease prints . Thanks.
